v Gudauri - is the best ski resort in Georgia with well-developed infrastructure. The resort is the highest settlement on the Georgian Military Road (the old name "Heavenly Gorge"). Its skiable area enjoys the maximum exposure to the sun, which makes Gudauri a magnificent all-year-round tourist destination.
v Kazbegi National Park - is located on the northern slopes of Main Caucasus range, in the basin of the Tergi River in the Kazbegi district (gorge); with a total area of 9 030 hectares. All of the Kazbegi National Park is mountainous. Its lowest part is located at 1400 m above sea level and the upper one is within 3000 – 4100 m.
v Gergeti Trinity Church - The old Georgian Church is located under the Mount Kazbek, 2170m above the town of Stepantsminda (former Kazbegi) and village of Gergeti. It was built in the 14th century.
